Please read and understand the following terms and conditions prior to signing up;
  • This is a private membership group and as such the material available on this group must NOT be shared.
  • I understand that the videos posted will be between 20-25 minutes long which will not include a warm up and cool down. I understand that I am strongly advised to use the separate warm up and cool down videos, as well as familiarising myself with the postural set up video which are all available on the membership home page prior to and following the main section Pilates workout.
  • I understand that technique is paramount in Pilates to ensure a safe workout, and will familiarise myself with the Set up video so I fully understand my postural positioning in all positions. I understand that Core Alive will not be held responsible for any injuries or ill health from my participation in the exercise programme.
  • I understand that the video is targeted at Mixed Ability individuals, with exercises adapted for modifications for beginners or progressions for intermediate/advanced clients. The content is not modified for specific medical conditions or for those pre and post natal.
  • I am advised to seek medical advice/approval before commencing an exercise programme or consult further with Core Alive. If I have a medical condition and wish to continue without such advice I do so entirely at my own risk. I understand that the Core Alive and any of its employees cannot be held responsible for any injuries or ill health arising from my participation in the exercise programme. It is important for me to realise that I may stop when I wish because of feelings of fatigue or any other discomfort.
  • I am participating in this Pilates program of my own free will.
